Validation and Analysis Project Manager

Lead end-to-end validation for autonomous sensing systems, including radar, LiDAR, and sensor fusion. The role is hybrid, with two days per week in a Jerusalem office.
Responsibilities
- Own the validation process for radar, LiDAR, and sensor fusion systems from definition through execution.
- Build validation infrastructure, methodologies, and workflows for system robustness and safety.
- Define test coverage, success metrics, and fail-safe verification strategies.
- Translate product and system requirements into structured validation plans and measurable outcomes.
- Identify testability and observability gaps and lead corrective solutions.
- Establish scalable validation, monitoring, and continuous-improvement processes.
- Collaborate with research and development, algorithms, systems engineering, and product teams.
- Present insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience owning complex technical processes or systems end to end.
- Background in validation, systems engineering, or complex product development.
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of system behavior.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and create structure.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, biology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew.
Nice to have
- Experience with autonomous systems, sensing technologies, or similarly complex technical domains.
- Hands-on experience with software, algorithms, or systems.
