Manage end-to-end strategic and technology transformation projects, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements and coordinating implementation across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and technology transformation projects from business need definition through implementation and results measurement
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with organizational units
- Identify and lead process improvement, automation, and digitalization opportunities
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Manage work plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate with business teams, information systems, development, infrastructure, and vendors
- Support implementation and organizational change management
- Track success metrics and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, information systems, or a related field
- Experience managing projects and working with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to lead and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong business judgment and systems thinking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Initiative, independence, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in insurance or financial services
- Experience leading digital, CRM, or AI projects
- Experience with organizational change and business process improvement
