Lead large-scale technology and information-systems projects involving core systems, cloud environments, and foreign-trade processes. Coordinate business stakeholders, development and analysis teams, users, and external software vendors from initiation through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead large-scale technology development projects in information-systems and cloud environments.
- Lead projects supporting import and export processes in foreign trade.
- Deliver professional, operational, financial, and budgetary objectives.
- Prepare work plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate ongoing work with business leads, development and analysis teams, users, and software vendors.
- Map and analyze business and regulatory processes.
- Review and analyze requirements and support them from initiation through implementation.
- Analyze costs, pricing, and work-scope estimates.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience managing IT and technology projects.
- At least 2 years of proven experience managing complex technology projects in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP, including performance and information-security considerations.
- Experience managing projects using Docker and Kubernetes or Rancher.
- Experience with MS SQL Server and query writing.
- Experience managing interface testing with Postman.
- Experience working with external software vendors, including deliverable approval and cost estimation.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Ability to read and understand UML-based specification documents.
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High-level written and spoken Hebrew, including the ability to deliver presentations and training.
