Lead the execution of autonomous vehicle sensing projects, ensuring commitments to clients. Manage complex development projects, track progress, and coordinate across R&D teams. Work directly with leading car manufacturers on test drives and functional tuning. Manage debugging and validation of performance across sensing stack.
Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of autonomous vehicle sensing projects to meet client commitments.
- Lead complex development projects from requirements to implementation.
- Closely track development progress and obtain approvals for technical requirements from R&D teams.
- Work horizontally across internal teams to unify and create a coherent product.
- Create optimal connections between different interfaces to ensure smooth project progression.
- Collaborate with leading car manufacturers on workshops, test drives, and functional tuning.
- Manage debugging and validation of performance and functionality within the autonomous vehicle sensing stack.
Requirements
- Strong executor with vast leadership background and hard work ethic.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
- At least 3 years of experience closely managing and leading development teams in complex R&D projects/products.
- Proven experience in customer-facing positions.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
Nice to have
- M.Sc. or MBA.
