Oversee day-to-day studio operations and support the efficient delivery of connected TV games and entertainment channels. Coordinate schedules, workflows, resources, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid Tel Aviv-based role.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate studio production schedules and monitor project progress
- Manage internal workflows and support cross-functional collaboration across creative, technical, and business teams
- Supervise studio staff, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative culture
- Support resource planning and efficient studio delivery
- Maintain quality standards and positive customer and partner experiences
- Identify and address operational issues
- Contribute to process improvements and studio growth
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and partner relationship skills
- Experience supervising, coaching, or leading teams
- Understanding of sales support, business development, and commercial priorities
- Project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and on-time delivery of concurrent projects
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with productivity and project tracking tools
Nice to have
- Experience in digital media, gaming, broadcast, or entertainment studios
- Relevant tertiary education in business, media, or a related field
