Software Project Manager – Command and Control Systems

Lead complex software projects for command-and-control systems, coordinating multidisciplinary development, systems engineering, integration, DevOps, customers, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Plan software development schedules, resources, requirements, risks, and milestone delivery.
- Manage the full project lifecycle and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with the Business Project Manager and end customer.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineering to define and receive system requirements.
- Manage development requirements and deliverables across multiple teams.
- Lead the project integration plan with Integration and DevOps teams.
- Synchronize development, integration, and stakeholder activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Mandatory B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
- 1–3 years of experience leading software development teams, preferably client-server teams.
- Hands-on software development experience.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
- High level of English.
