A global financial services company is seeking a Senior Technical Salesforce Project Manager to lead enterprise CRM projects and cross-department integrations in a hybrid, full-time role in Israel.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Salesforce team’s scope of work alongside other technical project managers.
- Lead cross-organizational Salesforce projects from discovery and design through implementation and hypercare.
- Create project plans aligned with business cases and company priorities, including timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Lead project ceremonies, track delivery, and manage trade-offs as priorities change.
- Lead technical design discussions, negotiate requirements, and align business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience managing technical projects in an enterprise environment.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including Sales Cloud proficiency.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, including architecture, dependencies, and risk.
- Experience managing Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical Salesforce solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive use of AI tools across project discovery, analysis, design, and execution.
Nice to have
- Experience leading Agentforce implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Experience Cloud and Digital Engagement.
