Lead end-to-end technology projects and coordinate systems integration, production support, and technical delivery across internal teams and external vendors in a complex financial-sector environment. The role is hybrid, with four days on site and one remote day each week.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology projects in an enterprise environment
- Analyze systems and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Manage application and infrastructure integrations
- Coordinate delivery with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Create and maintain project plans, priorities, dependencies, and timelines
- Investigate application and infrastructure issues in production
- Manage operational controls and analyze system processes
- Support and monitor batch processes and production systems
- Collaborate with business users, development, QA, and infrastructure teams
Requirements
- At least 3 years of technology project management experience
- At least 3 years of systems analysis experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Control-M
- At least 3 years of experience operating and supporting open systems and related tools
- At least 3 years of experience with SQL or SQL Plus
- Experience supporting production environments and handling technical incidents
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Availability to work outside standard business hours when production incidents require it
- Successful completion of a computerized reliability assessment and interview
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL Developer, WinSCP, or PuTTY
- Familiarity with UNIX environments
- Experience with Oracle Database
- Familiarity with mainframe environments
- Experience with JCL, DB2, COBOL, Natural, or Adabas
- Experience with financial systems or capital markets processes
