Senior Technical Project Manager

Lead complex technical projects and enterprise transformation initiatives involving AI, enterprise systems, and supply chain operations. This hybrid role is based in Yokneam, Israel, requires three days per week on site, and includes collaboration with global teams and occasional evening meetings.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects and enterprise initiatives
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and escalations
- Coordinate teams across IT, security, supply chain, business, and technical functions
- Engage stakeholders to clarify requirements, priorities, and business impact
- Remove roadblocks and drive execution across multiple workstreams
- Support prioritization and maintain focus on high-impact work
- Communicate project status and decisions to technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience leading technical projects or enterprise programs
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Fluency in English and Hebrew
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, prioritization, execution, and decision-making skills
- Experience leading cross-functional projects without direct authority
Nice to have
- Supply chain experience
- Experience with SAP, ERP systems, or comparable enterprise platforms
- Working knowledge of AI concepts and terminology
