Lead complex, end-to-end Salesforce CRM projects for an organization in central Israel, coordinating business analysis, architecture, integrations, testing, and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce CRM projects.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements.
- Define solution architecture and integration approaches.
- Coordinate interfaces with business and technology stakeholders, vendors, and professional teams.
- Lead testing, go-live, and implementation activities.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience managing and leading information systems projects.
- At least 5 years of experience delivering Salesforce-based projects.
- Experience leading complex CRM projects, systems analysis, and business and technical specifications.
- Experience designing solution architectures and integrations using APIs, web services, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience managing vendors and leading cross-functional business and technology stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, insurance, credit, or wealth management.
