Lead complex, multidisciplinary UAV development and integration programs from concept through delivery within an international defense environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead UAV development, systems integration, and integration projects from concept through delivery.
- Manage large-scale development and procurement programs with budgets ranging from tens to hundreds of millions of US dollars.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams, external resources, and subcontractors.
- Lead marketing and business development activities with international customers.
- Manage customer interfaces and relationships in Israel and abroad.
- Lead RFP, proposal, and quotation processes.
- Balance technological, operational, commercial, and customer requirements throughout project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering and management, or software engineering.
- Mandatory experience and familiarity with the UAV/UAS domain.
- Proven project management experience.
- Experience managing development, systems integration, and integration projects.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead complex multidisciplinary projects in an international environment.
