A global additive manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a chemistry or technical regulatory background to support Regulatory Affairs operations, compliance initiatives, and cross-functional programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate regulatory initiatives with R&D, Operations, Engineering, Legal, external partners, and service providers
- Lead material compliance projects and global regulatory programs
- Track progress, follow up on open items, and help remove execution obstacles
- Support local R&D and Engineering with compliance requirements, enforcement actions, and remedial activities
- Assess regional compliance requirements and implement supporting programs and systems
- Research regulatory trends, advise management, and coordinate required compliance actions
- Prepare documentation for certifications and coordinate submissions to certifying laboratories and organizations
- Develop workflows, protocols, and standardized processes for product compliance programs
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of cross-organizational project management experience
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Strong collaboration, ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills
- Structured and detail-oriented working approach
Nice to have
- Experience in regulatory affairs project management
- Understanding of chemical hazard classification
