Senior Project Manager – HV Switchgear, Protection and SCADA

Lead high-voltage switchgear projects from order intake through commissioning and customer acceptance, while supporting bids, technical discussions, and front-end sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-voltage switchgear projects across the full lifecycle
- Act as the primary customer interface during project execution
- Monitor progress and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate engineering reviews and technical clarifications
- Support customer meetings, technical presentations, bids, and offer preparation
- Identify project risks and opportunities during bidding
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, engineering, and sales stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Electrical Engineering is strongly preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, engineering, or tendering within the power distribution industry
- Experience with high-voltage switchgear
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Nice to have
- Electrical Engineering degree
- Experience with protection and control systems
- Experience with utility and industrial power applications
- Direct experience with customers and suppliers
- Knowledge of electrical single-line diagrams and protection philosophies
