Senior Project Manager – Engineering Design

Lead complex semiconductor and advanced manufacturing projects from planning through delivery. Manage client relationships, project controls, resources, contracts, subcontractors, safety and quality while working onsite in Kiryat Gat five days per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
- Plan, coordinate and oversee project implementation within budget, schedule and contractual requirements
- Manage financial and schedule performance, forecasts, estimates and project controls
- Coordinate staffing and resources with design center and organizational management
- Lead subcontractor performance and monitor compliance with contracts and quality standards
- Prioritize activities with customers and resolve programmatic issues
- Prepare proposals, bids, basis-of-estimate documents and other contractual actions
- Deliver project status reports and brief senior stakeholders on performance data
- Promote company policies, procedures, safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, project management, construction management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficiency in project management processes, procedures and execution planning
- Technical knowledge of process engineering and experience supporting semiconductor or advanced manufacturing projects
- Knowledge of health, safety and environmental procedures and practices
- Experience organizing and managing complex activities involving multiple stakeholders
- Working knowledge of project controls and project management systems
- Experience supporting proposals, bids and commercial project activities
- Understanding of engineering estimate bases and cost development
- Knowledge of contractual requirements and obligations
- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work onsite in Kiryat Gat five days per week
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Master’s degree in engineering, project management or a related field
