Lead organizational and technology projects from definition through implementation, adoption, and measurable results. This senior individual contributor role works with internal teams and senior leadership without direct reports.
Responsibilities
- Define project goals, desired outcomes, work plans, and delivery priorities
- Lead organizational, process improvement, system implementation, and Data and AI initiatives end-to-end
- Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve operating processes
- Coordinate stakeholders, drive decisions and execution, and remove roadblocks
- Translate organizational needs into actionable requirements for technical teams
- Guide projects through implementation, adoption, sustained use, and measurable results
- Apply iterative, Agile, and data-driven approaches to project delivery
- Report progress and proactively raise risks and issues to senior leadership
Requirements
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- Experience leading internal organizational projects involving systems or business tools
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience managing change and implementation through sustained adoption and measurable impact
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams
- Strong written communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Ability to bridge marketing or advertising needs with technology

- Strong technology literacy and familiarity with Development and Data teams
