Lead commercial and industrial construction projects across all phases, managing site teams, engineering delivery, budgets, schedules, quality, and stakeholder coordination nationwide in Israel.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects throughout all project phases.
- Lead on-site project teams, including inspectors and quantity surveyors.
- Oversee engineering and management aspects across the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, quality, and construction performance.
- Lead on-site construction activities in line with project objectives and targets.
- Manage interfaces with clients, contractors, suppliers, designers, and consultants.
- Coordinate project stakeholders throughout each project stage.
- Lead negotiations and stakeholder processes.
Requirements
- Registered civil engineer, mechanical engineer, or practical engineer.
- At least 7 years of experience in construction execution and/or supervision.
- Proven experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects.
- High-level written and spoken technical English.
- Experience managing work teams and project teams.
- Experience working with contractors, suppliers, designers, and clients.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, highly organized, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating and coordinating complex electromechanical systems in complex buildings.
- Experience coordinating with designers.
