Lead multiple industrial projects from initiation through delivery and customer support, coordinating scope, requirements, resources, budgets, risks, timelines, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, deliverables, requirements, and project charters
- Manage complete project lifecycles from kickoff to delivery and customer support
- Plan and control project resources, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Define project roles, responsibilities, risks, and mitigation plans
- Monitor progress, deadlines, budgets, quality, and company standards
- Prepare project documentation and regular management status reports
- Develop project management methodologies, processes, best practices, and standards
- Improve resource efficiency and tailor processes to project objectives
- Lead complex processes, resolve competing demands, and coach project team members
Requirements
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- At least 2 years of prior development engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science, or a related field
- Project management training or certification
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Mechanical engineering background
- Experience in machinery, electronics, or semiconductor-related environments
- Experience in large global companies
