- Lead and manage multiple squads, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output
- Partner with Product Manager and R&D Manager to oversee end-to-end development for cybersecurity solutions
- Collaborate with Director of Program Management to align squad goals with company objectives
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support
- Implement and optimize agile methodologies to enhance team performance and product delivery
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program management within high-tech industry, with focus on R&D
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Proficiency in agile project management methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and departments
- Experience with Jira for project management and workflow optimization
- Comprehensive understanding of both cloud and on-premise environments
- Experience in a role within the cybersecurity industry
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications
