Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of project managers
- Direct complex end-to-end IT and technology projects
- Manage systems analysis, solution architecture planning, and complex integrations
- Coordinate cross-organizational technology initiatives
- Manage vendors and system integrators
- Oversee projects in high-availability and mission-critical environments
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience managing complex projects
- At least 6 years managing complex IT and technology projects
- At least 4 years managing project managers, including direct management of 8 or more employees
- Extensive experience with large-scale enterprise systems and core applications
- Strong experience in systems analysis, solution design, architecture planning, and complex integrations
- Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives with technology and business stakeholders
- Hands-on experience managing software vendors and system integrators
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare or clinical systems
- Experience managing high-availability, mission-critical systems in large enterprises
