Senior Implementation Manager, Spend

Lead end-to-end implementation of spend management and corporate card solutions for enterprise and high-growth customers across EMEA. Based in Tel Aviv with four days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex spend and corporate card implementations from contract signature through go-live and early adoption.
- Translate business requirements and solution designs into implementation plans, architectures, configurations, and integration blueprints.
- Coordinate Sales, Merchant Services, Solutions Engineering, Product, Operations, Risk, customers, and external partners.
- Advise customers and internal teams on ERP, HRIS, accounting, API, and third-party connector integrations.
- Troubleshoot integration and configuration issues and guide customers toward robust, maintainable solutions.
- Maintain documentation, playbooks, and lightweight tools for integration-heavy implementations.
- Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities and integration coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management.
- At least 4 years of client-facing delivery or professional services experience in SaaS, fintech, consulting, systems integration, or enterprise implementation.
- Experience delivering ERP, accounting system, or expense platform implementations and managing related data flows.
- Track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects involving executive, technical, operational, and external stakeholders.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with API-based integrations and web, SSO, or ERP integration concepts.
- Project management or agile delivery certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
- Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts within a broader account team.
