A public-sector organization is seeking a Senior ICT Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple municipal technology projects from initiation and planning through delivery, testing, and operational handover in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple ICT projects from initiation and planning through delivery and operation.
- Build work plans and manage schedules, budgets, risks, and blockers.
- Coordinate business and technical stakeholders, architects, planners, contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage projects involving computing infrastructure, networks, communications, telephony, and multimedia.
- Coordinate security camera, access-control, alarm, and digital-signage systems.
- Conduct site visits and oversee infrastructure preparation and contractor work.
- Coordinate acceptance testing and commissioning, and track defect resolution.
- Prepare status reports, management presentations, and meeting summaries.
Requirements
- At least five years of project management experience.
- At least five years of experience in a relevant technology domain.
- At least three years of experience managing ICT, infrastructure, or technology systems projects.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
- Knowledge of computing and network infrastructure, communications, telephony, multimedia, security cameras, and access-control systems.
- Ability to read architectural, electrical, and communications plans.
Nice to have
- Experience in the public sector or with local authorities.
- Experience using project and task management systems.
