Responsibilities
- Lead complex engineering and technology programs
- Control budgets, schedules, resources, risks, milestones, and executive reporting
- Manage customer and supplier relationships
- Direct cross-functional project teams
- Coordinate engineering, systems development, operations, manufacturing, program management, and leadership stakeholders
- Drive technical, commercial, and operational performance within agreed timelines and budgets
- Coordinate issue resolution and support strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in aeronautical, mechanical, or electrical and electronics engineering
- 3–5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary development projects
- High level of English proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding USD 10 million
