Lead complex, multidisciplinary defense-system projects from development and production through final customer deployment. Coordinate engineering, operations, finance, customers, and external partners while managing technical, operational, and budgetary performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle, from development and production through final customer deployment
- Lead matrix-based coordination across engineering, operations, finance, and other internal and external stakeholders
- Own the project’s technical, operational, and budgetary performance
- Manage customer relationships and support customer satisfaction and objectives
- Monitor project budgets, manage risks, and maintain required schedules
- Lead multidisciplinary work teams and coordinate matrixed personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, exact sciences, or business administration
- At least 5 years of proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects
- Demonstrated experience working with subcontractors and strategic customers
- Fluent English in reading, writing, and speaking
- Willingness to travel internationally and work additional hours when required
