An educational and research institution is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead new-build and renovation projects from planning through completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction and complex renovation projects from planning through completion.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, specifications, and budget controls.
- Manage schedules and ensure delivery follows approved project programs.
- Coordinate and supervise project changes and additions.
- Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee project completion, handover, commissioning, and warranty periods.
- Support departmental professional activities and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating, supervising, and managing construction and renovation projects.
- Experience negotiating with contractors and suppliers.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, Dekel, Binarit, or HaMaagar HaMeshulav.
