Security Operations Manager

Manage the planning, coordination, readiness, and execution support of security operations for an international AI cloud platform. Coordinate internal teams, executives, vendors, and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality, compliance, and operational resilience.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate security activities, including personnel, logistics, vendors, timelines, communications, and readiness
- Develop contingency plans and support business continuity and operational resilience
- Coordinate headquarters, field teams, executives, internal business units, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Provide real-time operational support, monitor execution, facilitate decisions, and respond to changing requirements
- Manage security vendors and service providers, including performance, contracts, coordination, and service quality
- Plan and track the departmental budget, expenditures, and cost controls
- Support security leadership with priorities, strategic initiatives, executive coordination, and daily operations
- Maintain operational documentation, schedules, reports, and confidential departmental records
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, legal requirements, internal procedures, and security governance
- Identify and implement improvements to operational processes, coordination mechanisms, and departmental efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in operations management, project coordination, security operations, or a similar operational environment
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing multiple complex activities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external service providers
- Experience managing budgets, operational resources, and vendor relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
- High discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Nice to have
- Experience in corporate security, operations centers, emergency management, executive support, or operational command environments
- Experience supporting executive leadership with operational planning and decision-making
- Military, government, law enforcement, or intelligence background
- Familiarity with operational risk management and business continuity principles
