Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the project through planning, execution, and performance control.
- Lead management of tests and reviews with the customer and relevant authorities.
- Manage subcontractors on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain business and systems-level relationships with the customer.
- Participate in technical, organizational, professional, financial, and marketing decisions.
- Provide matrix leadership across systems engineering, software, mechanical, and hardware disciplines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering or an exact sciences discipline.
- At least three years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects or serving as a professional domain lead.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and interfaces.
- Good spoken, written, and reading English.
- Ability to motivate employees and work effectively in a team.
Nice to have
- A master’s degree in business administration or industrial engineering and management.
- Experience working on space systems projects.
