Manage and coordinate multiple strategic planning projects involving clients, project teams, and external consultants. The hybrid role requires working in Jerusalem one to two days per week and supports mobility and urban development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate clients, project teams, and external consultants.
- Monitor progress and keep projects on track.
- Manage multiple planning processes in parallel.
- Support delivery of high-quality strategic planning products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, public policy, urban planning, geography, or a related field.
- One to three years of experience in project coordination, project management, or multi-stakeholder processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and take ownership.
