Lead and coordinate remote projects across infrastructure, technology, logistics, and humanitarian programs in complex operating environments. Manage project controls, cross-functional coordination, delivery tracking, governance, and stakeholder reporting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, partners, and field teams
- Oversee expediting, logistics activities, inspections, and milestone tracking
- Prepare project status reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Support implementation of program governance frameworks and PMO standards
- Facilitate issue resolution and monitor project progress
- Maintain quality and performance metrics across assigned projects
- Anticipate delivery challenges and support timely, verifiable project completion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with project management and PMO coordination
- Expediting experience, including order tracking, lead-time management, and on-time delivery
- Inspection experience covering quality checks, compliance verification, and inspection documentation
- Logistics management experience involving supply chain activities, transportation, warehousing, or last-mile distribution
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across remote, cross-cultural teams
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
- Commitment to governance, compliance, and ethical standards
Nice to have
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification
- Experience in infrastructure, technology, or humanitarian programs
- Experience working in international or challenging operating environments
