A public-sector organization in central Israel is seeking a project manager / PMO to lead organizational processes and develop and implement Product and Project management methods.
Responsibilities
- Lead organizational processes and support cross-unit initiatives.
- Develop and implement Product and Project management methods.
- Monitor and report on organizational performance.
- Create management reports and dashboards.
- Guide managers and support the adoption of management practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in PMO or project management roles.
- Experience developing methods, procedures, and tools for Product or Project management.
- Familiarity with governance, schedule tracking, budget tracking, and risk management.
- Experience creating management reports and dashboards, such as with Power BI.
Nice to have
- Experience leading cross-organizational processes and implementing best practices.
