Project Manager – Defense Communication Systems

Lead projects involving communication systems for interceptor defense programs, coordinating manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, production transfers, and customer deliveries across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Own manufacturing processes and supply chain activities across multiple projects.
- Lead synchronization meetings with systems engineering teams and coordinate customer deliveries.
- Prepare work plans and monitor task execution and project progress.
- Manage logistics activities across multiple subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
- Lead global knowledge-transfer and production-transfer campaigns.
- Manage manufacturing operations, purchase orders, procurement budgets, product receipt, inspection, and customer delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering and management.
- At least 3 years of project management experience in manufacturing, New Product Introduction, or transfer from development to production.
- Experience with RF and electronic components.
- Experience with matrix management and cross-functional stakeholder leadership.
- Full professional proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan ahead, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
Nice to have
- International travel may be required.
- Experience with projects deployed across multiple countries and land-based or naval platforms.
