Part-time role in a business development team, responsible for legal ranking submissions and cross-organizational marketing projects. The position involves research, analysis, marketing writing and editing, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end process management.
Responsibilities
- Manage submissions to leading Israeli and international ranking guides from information collection and analysis through final submission.
- Write and edit marketing materials.
- Coordinate ongoing work with partners and attorneys.
- Manage processes from end to end.
- Operate and lead cross-organizational marketing projects.
- Support business development and marketing activities.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience operating and managing cross-organizational projects.
- Excellent Hebrew and English writing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with numerous internal stakeholders.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or communications.
Nice to have
- Experience preparing submissions to professional ranking guides.
- Israeli bar admission.
