Responsibilities
- Guide enterprise client projects from kickoff through go-live
- Translate client needs into clear plans and manage priorities and dependencies
- Coordinate delivery with solution, software, and data specialists
- Keep projects moving and address delivery challenges
Requirements
- At least 5 years managing complex software implementations
- Direct experience working with large US clients
- Strong technical understanding and curiosity about systems, integrations, and data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead through influence
- Able to manage changing priorities and multiple client projects
- Hands-on use of AI tools in day-to-day work
- Flexibility to connect during US business hours when needed
Nice to have
- Background in software development or engineering
- Experience in commercial real estate, investments, or financial systems
