A construction and infrastructure industry association seeks a Project Coordinator to lead strategic initiatives, support contractors, and represent the association in public-sector and professional forums. The full-time role is based in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects and tasks for the Infrastructure and Contractual Construction Division.
- Track legislation, standards, and regulations and prepare professional position papers.
- Represent the association in professional committees, parliamentary discussions, and conferences.
- Support contractors on tenders and challenges involving public-sector clients.
- Work with government ministries, government-owned companies, and local authorities.
- Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and monitor task completion.
- Maintain relationships with division contractors and engage them in work-plan priorities.
- Write professional updates and content for association members.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; a degree is required, with law, economics, or industrial engineering and management preferred.
- Mandatory experience and familiarity with the public sector.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong writing and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and drive processes.
- Ability to work in an intensive environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Creativity, initiative, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the construction and infrastructure industry.
- Experience leading processes and projects.
- A degree in law, economics, or industrial engineering and management is preferred.
