Coordinate vendor activities and manufacturing progress, working with internal teams to keep project schedules, documentation, quality inspections, and deliveries on track. Based in Kadima and reporting to the Production Manager; travel abroad may be required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for vendor inquiries and operational issues, routing requests to internal stakeholders and following up on resolution.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, PPC, Quality, and Logistics to advance project timelines.
- Monitor manufacturing progress through alignment meetings and vendor progress reports.
- Track delivery schedules, update internal systems, and communicate timeline status.
- Oversee contract execution.
- Coordinate the receipt, review, and return of vendor documentation.
- Arrange quality inspections and delivery logistics with relevant departments.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering and Management, or a certified practical engineer with relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing management, vendor management, or operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Priority ERP.
- High proficiency in spoken and written business English.
- Willingness to travel abroad as needed.
