Responsibilities
- Lead outsourcing partners toward service, quality, and KPI targets.
- Monitor vendor performance across SLAs, quality, sales, and customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement and create performance improvement plans.
- Manage working relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the outsourcing budget, control costs, and approve invoices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and service agreements.
- Provide professional management to the Outsource Specialist.
Requirements
- Relevant academic degree.
- Management experience in a customer service center.
- Experience managing outsourcing vendors, contracts, and budgets is a significant advantage.
- Based in Haifa, with weekly attendance at the company offices in Petah Tikva.
- A company car is not provided.
