Lead end-to-end new product introduction projects, transferring products from development to serial production in a complex, technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage NPI projects end to end, from kickoff through PRR.
- Lead product transfers from development to serial production.
- Coordinate engineering, development, manufacturing, quality, procurement, logistics, and supplier activities.
- Develop work plans, schedules, budgets, and risk-management plans.
- Lead prototype, pilot, and LRIP build phases.
- Ensure quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.
- Manage issues, engineering changes, and continuous-improvement processes.
- Support PRR, MRL, and TRL preparation as needed.
- Prepare and present status updates to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
- 3–7 years of experience managing NPI, engineering, or manufacturing projects.
- High-level English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience with manufacturing processes, supply chain, and BOM management.
- Experience in the defense, medical, or complex electronics industries.
