Manage quick-turn engineering builds across the product lifecycle, coordinating design, manufacturing, suppliers, operations, and engineering teams for advanced hardware products.
Responsibilities
- Create production plans for engineering builds throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate build execution with manufacturing partners, suppliers, operations, PCB manufacturing, and engineering teams.
- Track deliverables, constraints, risks, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Report program status, roadblocks, and risks to stakeholders and management.
- Lead cross-functional NPI meetings and help ensure product readiness for production.
- Coordinate globally distributed teams and drive complex issues to closure.
- Recommend improvements to NPI methods and team practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar engineering, manufacturing, or operations role.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing flows and processes.
- Experience with program or project management, supply chain processes, and multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with semiconductor, interconnect, board, or system NPI.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Experience guiding distributed teams in complex environments.
