Supervise complex electromechanical systems throughout construction projects, coordinating technical teams, stakeholders, schedules, budgets, and final handover.
Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC, electrical, control, BMS, gas piping, and other building systems
- Manage electromechanical systems across all project phases
- Develop project schedules and budgets and monitor performance
- Lead professional teams and coordinate project interfaces
- Coordinate consultants, designers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve technical gaps and construction issues
- Negotiate and manage project-related activities
- Provide comprehensive systems-oriented technical solutions
- Oversee project completion and handover
Requirements
- Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, or Practical Engineer
- Approximately 5 years of experience supervising systems on complex construction projects
- Proven experience with HVAC and electrical systems
- Experience with control systems, Building Management Systems, gas piping, and other electromechanical systems
- High-level written and spoken technical English
- Strong systems thinking, stakeholder management, service orientation, and teamwork skills
Nice to have
- Experience with construction or contracting companies
- Experience in systems operation or maintenance
