Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution
- Strong technological orientation and willingness to learn new tools
- Familiarity or experience with Microsoft 365, including Word and Excel
- Ability to analyze business processes and write functional characterization documents
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience or familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot
- Experience with low-code platforms such as Power Automate and Power Apps
