Junior Project Manager – Contracts and Project Control

Manage contractual and operational aspects of projects spanning development, production, and maintenance. Coordinate internal teams and customers while monitoring delivery, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
Responsibilities
- Manage contracts for projects involving development, production, and maintenance
- Ensure contractual compliance and support project execution
- Manage contract changes and customer relationships
- Create, maintain, and track project work plans with project leads and execution teams
- Plan and control project budgets and schedules, including system updates, variance alerts, and financial reports
- Track milestone completion
- Manage collections and prepare delivery notes and invoices
- Coordinate experiment logistics and shipments
- Prepare and present regular, quarterly, and annual reports to unit management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or a related field
- Very strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Experience or understanding of workflows involving procurement, operations, production, and engineering teams
- Experience managing customer-facing projects, including contract execution, milestone delivery, planning, control, and project operations
