Responsibilities
- Manage Dynamics 365 projects from requirements definition through go-live and full user integration
- Lead system analysis and business and technology processes
- Coordinate end-to-end integrations between systems
- Synchronize development, testing, infrastructure, IT, and customer stakeholders
- Manage complex project interfaces across a large financial organization
Requirements
- Approximately 3 years of experience managing Dynamics CRM projects
- Hands-on experience implementing Dynamics CRM or analyzing Dynamics 365 CRM systems
- Experience leading and managing internal and external stakeholders and interfaces
