Lead end-to-end information systems projects from requirements definition through go-live. The role combines project leadership with hands-on system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, integrations, and implementation support.
Responsibilities
- Manage information systems projects from requirements definition through production launch.
- Configure, test, troubleshoot, and administer information systems.
- Coordinate business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Create work plans, manage tasks, and track execution.
- Manage system interfaces, integrations, and data flows.
- Support system implementations and improvements to existing systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing information systems projects in a medium-sized or large organization.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects end to end.
- Hands-on experience working with information systems.
- Understanding of systems architecture, databases, APIs, web services, and SFTP.
- Experience managing external vendors and service-level agreements.
- Proficiency with Monday.com and Excel.
- Relevant bachelor's degree.
Nice to have
- Experience mapping and improving business processes using BPM methods.
- Familiarity with healthcare or regulated environments.
- Experience with ERP or HRIS systems.
- Experience leading digital transformation or implementing AI tools.
