An aerospace division is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support its PMO team in Haifa. The role focuses on integrated project planning, scheduling, performance tracking, budget support, risk management, and executive reporting.
Responsibilities
- Build project work plans and schedules.
- Create integrated project plans by analyzing and connecting work interfaces.
- Manage project plans and define critical paths with program leadership teams.
- Track project progress and performance against defined goals.
- Support project budget management.
- Measure KPIs and manage project risks.
- Prepare periodic management status reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
- Previous experience in a PMO role.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with multiple organizational stakeholders.
- Analytical ability to develop conclusions and present insights to executive audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Systemic thinking and strong analytical capabilities.
