Finance Transformation Project Lead

Lead a two-year global finance transformation project across procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes. Own transition execution, governance, standardization, rollout readiness, and post-go-live stabilization across multiple markets. The role may be based in Israel or remotely from a European بلد.
Responsibilities
- Lead global transitions across procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes
- Coordinate Markets, headquarters, sector, and global business services teams
- Own resource onboarding, capability building, process design, knowledge transfer, transition planning, change management, and go-live execution
- Track milestones, identify risks, resolve issues, and provide executive reporting
- Lead global rollouts and ensure readiness across systems, processes, controls, and people
- Plan hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities
- Support finance system implementations, process redesign, and operating model changes
- Standardize processes, controls, and documentation across markets
- Monitor service-level and KPI performance
- Support working capital, credit risk, and exposure management with Treasury and Internal Controls teams
- Own procure-to-pay and order-to-cash control governance and support SOX and GCS compliance
- Lead stakeholder communication and change management across global teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Finance, Shared Services, Transformation, or related leadership roles
- Experience leading shared services or global capability center transition and transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes in a global organization
- Knowledge of FMCG processes, workflows, and reporting requirements
- Project and program management experience in complex, cross-functional environments
- Experience working in matrix organizations and leading change across stakeholders and geographies
Nice to have
- Postgraduate degree in Financial Management or a related discipline
- CA or CPA qualification
