Fiber Optic Infrastructure Supervisor

Field-based role supervising, inspecting, and coordinating telecom and fiber-optic infrastructure work for business customers. Approximately 80% of activity is in Central Israel, between Ashdod and Ra'anana, with additional travel as far north as Haifa and south as Be'er Sheva.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect telecom and fiber-optic infrastructure installation and maintenance
- Monitor fieldwork to ensure high-quality execution and compliance with procedures, technical standards, and infrastructure plans
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, internal teams, and business customers
- Provide technical and operational support in the field
- Meet inspection and operational targets
Requirements
- Previous experience as an infrastructure, telecom, or fiber-optic technician
- Ability to read and interpret infrastructure plans and technical drawings
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work extensively in the field and travel between sites
- Ability to manage assigned tasks independently from start to finish
- Customer-service orientation and experience working with business customers
Nice to have
- Experience troubleshooting telecom or fiber-optic infrastructure
- Knowledge of fiber-optic infrastructure planning and technical drawings
