Lead execution across multiple algorithm teams in a geometry engineering department. Translate priorities into delivery, remove obstacles, coordinate technical stakeholders, and improve how the organization executes complex products.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution across multiple algorithm engineering teams.
- Turn department plans and priorities into high-quality product deliveries.
- Remove roadblocks, unblock teams, and maintain delivery momentum.
- Identify risks early, make timely decisions, and keep deliveries on track.
- Coordinate algorithm, product, data, engineering, and technical leadership stakeholders.
- Participate in technical discussions and challenge assumptions to support effective solutions.
- Develop scalable execution mechanisms and improve departmental processes.
- Provide visibility into progress, priorities, risks, and decisions.
- Own critical activities and resolve obstacles affecting organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field.
- At least 3 years of experience driving complex technical products or projects from concept through delivery.
- Technical mindset and ability to engage in technical discussions.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making in ambiguous situations.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Ability to build roadmaps, scale processes, and improve organizational operations.
- Independent, proactive, and hands-on working style.
