Engineering Project Manager – Airborne Systems Development

Lead end-to-end development projects for advanced airborne weapon systems, coordinating engineering, integration, customers, contracts, schedules, scope, and resources.
Responsibilities
- Manage development projects integrating innovative capabilities into strategic weapon systems.
- Manage end-to-end development contracts with the Ministry of Defense and internal industry stakeholders.
- Develop work plans, monitor milestone achievement, and lead customer reviews.
- Coordinate engineering, systems integration, and strategic customer interfaces.
- Lead work teams and processes independently to meet schedule, scope, and resource objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, or mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience managing complex development projects.
- Proven experience managing long-term business relationships with strategic customers.
- Strong ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders and adapt project controls and working methods to project needs.
Nice to have
- Experience with airborne weapons development processes and their technical and operational complexities.
- Previous systems engineering experience and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
