Lead data and technology initiatives from business needs and requirements through solution design and implementation. Work across business units, enterprise data platforms, organizational systems, and internal applications, partnering with stakeholders and senior management.
Responsibilities
- Lead data projects and initiatives from requirements gathering and process definition through implementation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior management to translate needs into technology and data solutions.
- Coordinate work across business units with varied processes, systems, and data architectures.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, urgency, and organizational priorities.
- Work in an Agile environment using sprints, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Assess organizational systems, processes, and data flows to identify suitable solutions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in data-related roles.
- At least 4 years of experience leading technology projects or initiatives.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and senior management.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to align work with business needs.
- Strong technological orientation and a hands-on understanding of data systems, processes, and technologies.
- Systemic thinking, independence, initiative, ownership, and accountability.
Nice to have
- Experience with Snowflake.
- Experience with financial data.
