Customer Migration Project Manager

Responsibilities

Manage the customer migration pipeline and maintain accurate project data
Create customer-specific timelines, roadmaps, and transition plans
Act as the primary customer contact throughout each migration
Coordinate with Product, R&D, Technical Support, Customer Relations, and Delivery teams
Identify blockers and risks, develop action plans, and implement solutions
Report on project metrics, KPIs, and migration progress

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial management, computer science, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience managing customer-facing implementation, delivery, or integration projects
Hands-on experience with Priority ERP
Business fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal
Strong stakeholder management, organizational, detail-oriented, and technical skills

Nice to have

Familiarity with Priority SCM and mobile solutions
