Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules through planning, construction, commissioning, and handover
- Monitor project and portfolio progress, identify risks and delays, and develop mitigation strategies
- Perform schedule and critical path analysis and track progress
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance insights
- Maintain BI tools and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
- Coordinate inputs across engineering, procurement, construction, contractors, and suppliers
- Support change management and develop recovery plans
- Document and implement lessons learned
- Standardize planning, reporting, control processes, procedures, and tools
- Align project execution and reporting with business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Experience in a PMO, planning, or project controls role on construction projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling tools such as MS Project
- Understanding of construction methods and the full project lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights
- Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Renewable energy project experience
- Experience with reporting tools or BI platforms such as Power BI
- Experience working with EPC contractors
